<note>Persepsi konsumen mengenai Customer Satisfaction dipengaruhi oleh faktor Website Quality dan Customer Trust saat berbelanja online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Website Quality dan Customer Trust terhadap Customer Satisfaction. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif asosiatif dengan populasi yaitu konsumen Lazada. Teknik sampling menggunakan Non Probability dengan pendekatan purposive sampling, maka diperoleh sampel sebanyak 96 orang. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan secara simultan dan parsial variabel Website Quality dan Customer Trust berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Customer Satisfaction.artinya semakin baik kualitas website dan semakin baik kepercayaan konsumen maka dapat meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen.
