<note>Penelitian ini membahas tentang Employee Engagement dan Discipline yang diduga mempengaruhi Employee Performance pada PT. Pandu Siwi Bandung. Dalam penelitian ini variabel Employee Engagement diukur melalui dimensi vigor, dedication, dan absorption, kemudian variabel Discipline diukur melalui dimensi tingkat kehadiran, tata cara kerja, ketaatan pada atasan, kesadaran bekerja, dan tanggung jawab, sedangkan variabel Employee Performance diukur melalui dimensi quantity of work, quanlity of work, dependability, initiative, adaptability dan cooperation. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner yang diisi oleh 50 karyawan pada PT. Pandu Siwi Bandung. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS- SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Employee engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee performance dan Discipline berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee performance.
